At Zia Tile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade tiles, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all qualifying unused products. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, and custom or sale items are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure the Packaging

  Carefully repackage your tiles in their original boxes and secure them onto a pallet to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Shipment

  Ship the authorized items back to our warehouse using a carrier of your choice; we recommend using a tracked and insured service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee.
